Pipehub Nigeria Limited was engaged by Lafarge Africa Plc to execute a critical piping upgrade within its processing facility. The project involved the fabrication, alignment, and installation of large-diameter carbon-steel pipelines connected to existing plant equipment, including process feeders and transfer systems.
Working within an active industrial environment, our team deployed precision welding, onsite pipe fitting, and scaffolding structures to ensure accurate alignment and a secure fit into the existing process network. The scope also included flange installation, system coupling, equipment interface connections, and quality checks to guarantee optimal flow performance and long-term reliability.
This installation enhances Lafarge’s internal material-handling efficiency, ensuring improved operational throughput and reduced downtime.
